Rosie’s has been serving up home style meals to the Middlebury community for over thirty years and its site has been creating memories for many years before that. Rosie’s location on Rt. 7 south was home to Palmer’s Dairy Bar in the 1950’s before it became Rosie’s Restaurant in 1978. Some may still remember the original slogan that hung from its sign, ‘Good Food, Plenty of it, and it don’t take all day to get it.’
