Serving the Middlebury community for more than 70 years, The Vermont Book Shop is an institution devoted to providing excellent customer service and promoting interpersonal engagement around books—building a community of readers. We provide friendly, personal, and individualized service to all of our customers. We carefully select the books we carry to reflect the essence of our community and an informed world-view. We continue to engage with and give back to the community that supports us while fighting to survive unprecedented challenges.
